What about check-in?

Passengers have to check-in at the airport at least 20 minutes before departure. Passengers with a Red Price ticket or Campaign tickets must check-in 30 minutes before departure at the latest. The check-in counter closes 20 minutes before departure according timetable. To be able to offer punctuality and service to those passengers who have checked -in within the time limit, we must have the right to turn away a passenger who did not contact check-in within time limits stated above. Such a ticket is to be considered as used. We ask all passengers to be there in good time. In this way, we avoid delays related to passengers. Such delays reduce our possibilities to offer low prices, good service, regularity and punctuality.
